ADDING AND EDITING EVENTS

ADDING A REMINDER EVENT
 
 1. Select "New Event" from the "Events" menu.
 
 2. Complete the "Add Event" Dialog Box by filling in all the
fields needed for your event. The fields you need to fill in
and those that are available depend on the TYPE of event.
 
    Example - A Birthday could have the following fields:

    DESCRIPTION:		Mum's Birthday
    STARTING ON:		11/12/1946
    NOTICE PERIOD:		7
    TYPE:			Repeating...
    KEEP ON SCREEN:	"checked"
    OCCURS:		Yearly
    INTERVAL:		1
    DURATION:		No End Point

 3. Close the Dialog Box by clicking on "OK"

EDITING A REMINDER EVENT
 
 1. Select or Highlight the event you want to edit by clicking
on it, once, in the grid.

 2. Select "Edit Event" from the menu. Double-clciking on an 
event in the grid has the same effect as steps 1 and 2.

 3. Change the fields as you wish in the "Edit Event" Dialog
Box.

 4. Close the Dialog Box by clicking on "OK"
